Customer Relationship Management It's My Ford Our Bureau
CHENNAI: Ford India has launched a Web-based customer relationship initiative called `My Ford'. This facility offers features such as maintenance schedules, service logs, service and insurance renewal alerts, driving and safety tips. This information is available at www.myford.india.ford.com. This customer relationship programme is being launched across the Asia-Pacific region. The company intends to build an online community of Ford customers.
