Petronet board gives nod for investment in pipeline project
PETRONET India Ltd has received approval from its board of directors for investing in the 480-km Paradeep-Rourkela pipeline project. A special purpose vehicle, Petronet Paradeep Rourkela Ltd, will be set up within ``a couple of months'', Mr K.K. Sinha, M anaging Director, PIL, told Business Line.

Concor pays Rs 27.4 cr to Rlys
NEW DELHI: Container Corporation of India Ltd has paid a dividend of Rs 27.4 crore for 2000-01 to the Indian Railways. The net profit of the corporation stood at 216.65 crore as against Rs 177.59 crore in 1999-2000.

Bhagyanagar buyback from Oct 1
MUMBAI: Bhagyanagar Metals Ltd has announced its share buyback programme. The company intends to buy back shares of Rs 10 face value from the open market through purchases on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the Secu rities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) stated in a press release.

IL&FS dividend on bond fund
MUMBAI: IL&FS Mutual Fund has declared a dividend of 2.25 per cent (Re 0.225 per unit) under the IL&FS Bond Fund. The record date for the same was September 17.
