Goldstone Teleservices net at Rs 2.08 cr
HYDERABAD: Goldstone Teleservices Ltd has registered total revenues of Rs 11.80 crore with a net profit of Rs 2.08 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2001 against total revenues of Rs 7.54 crore and a net profit of Rs 1.20 crore in the same period the
previous year.
The company and its subsidiaries have recorded a total income of Rs 14.28 crore (Rs 13.22 crore) and a net profit of Rs 2.44 crore (Rs 2.10 crore) for the quarter ended March 31, 2001. The company commenced operations from January 1, 2001 as a demerged e
ntity of Goldstone Technologies Ltd. Based on the demerger, the company allotted 1,08,38,400 equity shares of face value of Rs 4 per share free of cost aggregating Rs 4.33 crore.
The results of GSTL includes that of the subsidiaries -- Newtech Stewing Telecom Ltd and Shree Shree Telecom Private Ltd. -- Our Bureau
