Datamatics pref shares, FD downgraded

MUMBAI: Crisil has downgraded the rating assigned to the Rs 10.7-crore preference share issue of Datamatics Ltd from pfA+ to pfBBB .

The FA+ rating assigned to the fixed deposit programme of the company has also been downgraded to FA-.

The revision in the rating reflects the decline in the market position of Datamatics due to reduction of business contributed by existing clients and the resulting impact on the company's profitability, said a Crisil press release. _ Our Bureau
