Tata Chem AGM resolutions okayed

MUMBAI, Aug. 28

BOTH the resolutions forced into voting at the August 24 annual general meeting of Tata Chemicals Ltd (TCL), had been approved with requisite majority, an official statement from Bombay House said today.

TCL shareholders cast ``well over 99 per cent of their votes approving the resolutions,'' pertaining to the company's 1999-2000 balance sheet and an employees' stock option scheme.
