L&T arm, Ramboll in tie-up

MUMBAI: L&T Information Technology Ltd (LTITL) has entered into a strategic alliance with Ramboll Informatik A/S -- part of the Danish engineering giant RAMBOLL.

According to a company release, the new alliance will go to the market with a distinct focus on e-commerce solutions, telecom services, embedded software and SAP implementation.

The partnership involves joint marketing activities to niche markets in Scandinavia, the release added.

RAMBOLL is one of the largest knowledge-based engineering services providers in Denmark with diversified business offerings including power, construction and infrastructure.

LTITL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of L&T focusing on providing software services in areas including e-business, ERP and telecommunications. -- Our Bureau
