SGS ties up with engineering portal

MUMBAI, Aug 2

SGS Group (Societe Generale de Surveillance), an international quality control, inspection, testing and verification organisation, has announced a strategic alliance with Indiaengineering.com.

SGS will provide vendor assessment services, quality and quantity certification, valuation services and source authentication and certification to Indiaengineering.com's members.

Mr. Peter Mawson, Director, SGS group, said: ``The Indian industry, because of its sheer size, offers enormous potential for global trade. As the SGS certifications are accepted globally, our tie-up with Indiaengineering.com will help increase trade tran sactions with India.''
