Copper: Stabilising at current levels?
THE international prices of copper have staged a dramatic recovery of around 35 per cent to $ 1,850 per tonne in end-January from a 11-year low of $ 1,350 touched in March 1999. This recovery has been a steady one in two distinct phases.
